The personal information that we gather from you is: your name; postal address; telephone number; mobile number and email address. This is to ensure that we send products to the correct address by email and by post. On very rare occasions we may need to contact you to advise that a product has, for reasons beyond our control, been changed or altered in some way and we need to give you the option of choosing something else or continuing, if appropriate, with the existing product. If you have asked us to make a booking on your behalf with one of our trusted suppliers then the standard information we give them will be limited to the names of participants and a contact telephone number for any emergencies. Any other information they require will only be sent to them after we obtain your permission. We will also ask for the name and email of the recipient (the person the voucher is intended for) This is to ensure the voucher can be personalised and to send the recipient. Under no circumstances will we contact the recipient before they have enjoyed their experience, so as not to spoil the surprise.

Some card issuers may additionally ask for security details from you to ensure your card is not being used fraudulently. They will never ask for your full password. If you choose to make your payment over the telephone our customer services team will input your information directly into the Worldpay-Moto secure online payment system. Once again - none of this information is recorded by Extremewest and WorldPay will not disclose this information to Extremewest or any other 3rd parties once the transaction is complete.
Will you pass my information on to anybody?
