SKID CONTROL DRIVING EXPERIENCE

Knowing how to drive in slippery conditions is serious stuff, but learning can be a lot of fun too! Our skid pan, specially prepared with water and a non-toxic agent to simulate wet and icy road conditions, is the ideal place to test your handling skills. Master expert driving techniques in our manual Rover and BMW cars and feel confident driving, even in treacherous weather conditions. Your day will include:

- Welcome Introduction
- Safety Briefing
- Initial driving session on the Skid Pan (in both cars)
- Class room session with instructor
- Driving session on the Skid Pan (in both cars)
- Braking Exercises (ABS & cadence)
- Fun Time Trial (small prize for fastest time)
- Debrief with presentation
- Skid Control completion certificate
- ABS (Anti Lock Braking system) our experts explain how ABS works and how to get maximum benefit from the system

Drivers must hold a full driving licence
This course runs 1st & 3rd Friday afternoon of each month. There are am & pm sessions on most Saturdays throughout the year and also some Sundays.
