CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE & PROSECCO PARTY

Make your own Truffles with friends or Family with added Prosecco to start the party! We show you how to temper chocolate professionally, make a ganache and fill the truffles and then dip the truffles in the chocolate that you have tempered. You will then wrap them in some pretty packaging and take them home to give as gifts or just enjoy for yourself!

Groups of 10+

• Learn the art of tempering chocolate
• Learn the basics of truffle making, dipping and enrobing before creating your own signature truffles (approx. 60 truffles are made)
• Wrapping chocolates in decorative bags
• A glass of Prosecco each
